We are making phone calls to get voters to the polls this weekend.

- We support economic development that results in living & prevailing wage jobs, local hiring, training & apprenticeship opportunities.
- We think corporations and the wealthy should pay their fair share of taxes
- We support economic development that holds corporations accountable when they accept public subsidies but do not create the jobs promised
- We support economic development that meets community needs like schools, parks, affordable housing, and childcare
We believe government should work for all of us- not just the privileged few!
- We support fair housing assessment and responsive town government
- We support progressive taxes that ends the shifting of taxes to homeowners
- We support funding our schools so that our children have what they need to succeed
- We support access to college for all qualified students
- We support real Medicare, for all, without any donut hole gimmicks or insurance company middlemen.
- We support Social Security and we don’t want to hand it over to Wall Street
- We believe that all NY’ers should have access to health care
- We support taking big money out of politics through the Clean Money Clean Elections system of public financing of campaigns
We believe all workers should be treated with dignity and respect!
- We support the requirement that all businesses receiving public subsidies pay prevailing wages.
- We support increased apprenticeship opportunities for people of color and women.
- We believe that all New York workers have the right to organize for a contract in their workplace.
We believe our government must create real security for all Americans!
- We support ending the occupation of Iraq and redeploying our troops as soon as possible
- We support properly taking care of our troops and veterans
- We support American energy independence, and job creation through development of alternative energy sources
- We support fair trade policies that encourage development of living wage jobs and end support for trade policies that send our jobs overseas
