Laura Phonarath-- At-Large Member

A lifelong Rochesterian, Laura is experienced in urban organizing and consumer advocacy. Her activism began in college with an internship in labor organizing. She is passionate about civic engagement and enjoys mentoring and volunteering. This is Laura’s first year on the council.

Metro Justice’s Council is elected yearly by the membership to govern the organization and supervise its staff members, who are responsible for the day-to-day operations.
