Human Rights Mission to Africa

To the Editor,

I would like to say that the Human Rights Mission to Africa (HRMA) joins Rochester's rights groups in the celebration events of the anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights on December 10, 2001.

HRMA was organized in 1998 in Rochester to promote justice, human rights and democracy across Africa. The long-time oppressed Africans continue to struggle with determination and courage to defeat their oppressors or dictators through democratic elections as well as constitutional practices on the entire continent in the twenty-first century.

I use the opportunity to express my gratefulness to your publication's active role in the promotion of justice and human rights throughout the municipality of Rochester and wish you good luck in your continuing undertakings.

I use the opportunity to acquaint you with the fact that HRMA is a non-profit group with the total commitment to human rights advocacy in the sub-Saharan region.

Sincerely yours,

Prince D. George, Organizer, HRMA
