This Labor Day, actions and parades all across the country will help to demonstrate that working people are a key part of the resistance to the Trump agenda. In Rochester, fast food and restaurant workers will be taking action to join in the resistance. There are multiple actions throughout the day and we hope you'll join us for all of them!

9 am - Picket at McDonald's with the Fight for 15!

Join fast food workers and their supporters at 9am at the McDonald's at 420 Monroe Ave to begin the day of action. Fast Food workers through out the country are calling for union rights in fast food! RSVP here.

10am - Join the Metro Justice contingent in the Labor Day Parade!

Metro Justice will be marching with thousands of working people from across the region in the Labor Day Parade! Join us for line-up at the intersection of East Ave. and Sibley Pl. Many of us will march here together from the McDonald's Picket. RSVP here.

2pm - Restaurant Workers kick off campaign against sexual harassment

Metro Justice and the Restaurant Opportunities Center have been working together to build a movement of restaurant workers in Rochester. Among the first working conditions that restaurant workers are hoping to change is the rampant sexual harassment in the industry. We'll gather at Village Gate as restaurant workers kick off their campaign! RSVP here.
