Since 1965 Metro Justice has been at the forefront of the major efforts for racial, social and economic justice in the Rochester area. We are member funded and member led, so that we can be truly grassroots and accountable to our community. Your donations and volunteer activity are vital to building the social movements that we know - and have experienced - changing the world for the better.
We were the driving force behind the Fight for $15 in our efforts to unionize low-wage, fast food workers. For years we have been in the leadership of the statewide effort for universal, single-payer health care for all. We are building a movement today to democratize our utilities - helping to lower rates and fight the climate crisis. We've worked to hold nursing homes accountable to our elderly members and family. We also work alongside the broader community to fight for Black lives, immigrant rights and in the broader struggle for racial justice and equity.
We hope that you'll donate today and support the continued work towards genuine justice for all. We strongly encourage everyone to contribute dues of at least $5 a month (or, $60 a year) or more.
