Strong Partnerships for Community-Labor Action!
Metro Justice has been a strong ally to workers and the union movement in Rochester for many years. We’ve walked picket lines, supported strikes, and even directly organized workers as part of the Fight for $15. Standing in solidarity with organized labor is a cornerstone of our organization.
How can we support you in upcoming contract fights? Do we have contacts in workplaces that you’d like to organize? Can we help build community support for priority legislation? Your Union's membership in Metro Justice will keep our partnership strong.
Solidarity - We're stronger when we organize together!
We always have at least 2 Union representatives on the Metro Justice Council (our board). And all Member Unions are invited to send delegates to semi-annual Metro Justice Happy Hour events to hear reports on Metro Justice's work and share how we can support your unions.
We ask our Union Members for annual dues based on membership size:
- Up to 1,000 members: $1,000
- 1,000 to 5,000 members: $2,500
- 5,000 to 10,000 members: $5,000
- More than 10,000 members: $5,000+
Dues can be paid online below, or by mailing a check to Metro Justice at 389 Gregory St, Unit A, Rochester, NY, 14620.
