Metro Justice is growing so that we can win on the many issues that we care deeply about. We know that to really win changes in policy, we need to grow and bring in new members every day. To do this, we have our Grow to Win Campaign!

We've already got volunteers out there meeting their neighbors and building a movement. To help get the rest of our volunteers out there to build out movement, we are offering a second Grow to Win Training. This training introduces the Grow to Win campaign structure and gives a basic training for 1-on-1 recruitment conversations (the best way for any organization to grow meaningfully!). 

We need all of our Grow to Win volunteers to start getting out there and building our organization ASAP if we're going to grow to 1,000 members this year! So come out to this training so that you're prepared to help us Grow to Win.
