Join us for an organizing training to base build for Rochester for NY Health. Rochester for NY Health is a committee of Metro Justice, and the Rochester chapter of the statewide Campaign for NY Health. We aim to win the New York Health Act so that health care becomes a human right in New York State.

When we organize, we win! This training will cover one of the most important components of building an effective and sustainable movement to win health care for all: Follow-Up! Consistent communication and engagement gets the job done. 

The training will cover effective follow up strategies for getting future attendance commitments, effective one-on-one conversations that move people to action and assigning good leadership development tasks.

Even though we will be focusing on the context of health care, this method can be adapted to any campaign. So, if you are a part of other social justice groups, come through and take back what you learn to your other efforts!
