Bullet Aid Monday - Metro Justice

Bullet Aid Monday

The New York State Budget has set aside $25 million for New York City Charter Schools that could be spent here in our community. That $25 million is called Bullet Aid, and it’s up to the State Senate where the money is spent. If we put enough pressure on the State Senate that money could go to local schools instead of privately run charter schools in NYC.

Please call Senator Rich Funke, to let him know that we want that money spent here for public education.

Senator Rich Funke's Albany Office: (518) 455-2215

Let him know that it is unacceptable to send $25 million to privately-run charter schools in New York City while public schools here in Rochester are suffering.

Thank you very much for making the call to let your Senator know how you feel!
