Throughout the country, fast food workers in city after city have begun to go out on strike demanding a minimum pay of $15/hour and a union. Metro Justice supports these workers and their fight.

It's workers at the bottom of the wage scale demanding directly higher wages and benefits from the major corporations that exploit them that will genuinely turn our economy around. Until workers throughout our economy gain a real voice, wealth inequality across the nation will only continue to grow.

At Metro Justice, we're beginning to discuss the possibility of putting some effort behind this campaign locally, and want to know who may be interested in volunteering in such a project. Before we can genuinely determine our ability to support the organizing of fast food workers, we need to know how much support exists locally for this effort.
