Senator Gustavo Rivera and AM Amy Paulin, the legislative health committee leaders who have reintroduced the New York Health Act, are joining the Campaign for New York Health's new lead organizer, Melanie D'Arrigo, all hosted by Physicians for a National Health Program, to fill us in about the bill and how we get it passed.
